These Terms govern your use of OverMyProjects. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
The service
OverMyProjects is a web-based tool for organising AI-generated markdown reports, project notes, kanban boards, and attachments. Functionality may evolve as the product develops.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials safe.
- You are responsible for activity in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts violates these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
- attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service;
- scrape or copy other users’ data;
- use the service to send spam or malicious content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. Public share links you create are visible to anyone holding the URL until you revoke them.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is currently free of charge with the limits listed on the pricing page. Paid plans, when launched, are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are at our discretion. Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions keep the price for the current billing cycle.
AI features
AI-generated output may be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for verifying AI output before relying on it. AI processing is performed by third-party providers; their terms apply.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or pose a security risk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if the service was free for you.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
